Rob and I quite spontaneously decided to go to Sterling with kiddo last weekend. We left our house pretty messy, then of course someone called for a showing. We let them go ahead and walk through the toy jungle... they made an offer on another house, but we were their second choice. I wonder if we should have listed Kathryn's princess car as an inclusion...

We had a wild time with the Sterling crew as usual, and even went out to experience everything the Sterling night life has to offer families with young children (Wal-mart).
